Ingredients
- 1-8 oz Handy Premium Lump Crab Meat
- 24 Fresh Button Mushrooms, Stems Removed
- ¼ Cup Mayonnaise
- 2 TBSP Breadcrumbs
- ¼ TSP Salt
- Preheat oven to 350⁰ F.
- Mix the bread crumbs together with the salt and mayonnaise, then gently fold in the crab meat
- Stuff a portion of the crab mixture into each of the mushroom caps
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until lightly browned and mushrooms are cooked through
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving
