Bloody Mary Crab Cocktail

Have you ever thought to add some juicy and perfectly sweet crab meat on top of your bloody mary? If you have not, you should try it! Creating a meal with your beverage is not only a way to have a better presentation but it also gives you something to munch on!
- 8 oz. Crab Meat (Colossal Lump)
- 1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes, Yellow & Red, Rough Dice
- 6 Dashes Tabasco Sauce
- 1 TSP Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 TSP Horseradish
- 1 Lemon, Freshly Squeezed
- ½ Cup Tomato Juice
- 2 TBSP Vodka
- Dash Sea Salt
- Dash Black Pepper, Freshly Cracked
- 1 TSP Chives, Fresh, Finely Diced
Garnish
- Celery Leaves, Fresh
- In a metal bowl, gently mix all ingredients, except the crab meat.
- Place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours to meld flavors and chill fully
- Spoon mixture into individual cocktail / martini glasses
- Top with crab meat and garnish with celery leaves
