1 package of Rice vermicelli

Cucumber

Cabbage

Carrots

Fresh cilantro

Thai Chili Sauce

  • Cook Shrimp Rolls according to the package directions; keep warm.

  • Cook rice noodles following package instructions, then drain and rinse under cold water.

  • Prepare salad veggies: shred cabbage, slice cucumber, and shred carrots.
