Shrimp Birds’ Nests and Green Salad with Homemade Ginger Dressing

Delicious Handy Shrimp Birds’ Nests served over a refreshing green salad, topped with a zesty ginger dressing.

  • 2 Handy Seafood Shrimp Birds’ Nests
  • Cooking Spray (for baking)
  • For the Ginger Dressing:
    • 1 cup rough chopped carrots
    • ½ cup peeled and rough chopped onion
    • ¼ cup rough chopped celery
    • ½ cup rice vinegar
    • cup canola oil
    • 3 tbsp grated ginger
    • 2 tbsp honey
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 small garlic clove
  • For the Green Salad:
    • 1 cup Iceberg lettuce
    • 1 cucumber, sliced
    • 1 large carrot, shredded

Roughly chop the carrots, onion and celery for the ginger dressing. Chop the iceberg lettuce, slice the cucumber and shred the carrots for the green salad. Remove Shrimp Birds’ Nests from packaging.

Bake or Air Fry the Shrimp Birds’ Nests according to packaging instructions.

While product is cooking:

  • Place all roughly chopped vegetables in the blender.
  • Add rice vinegar, canola oil, grated ginger, honey, soy sauce and garlic to the blender.
  • Cover the blender and turn on high. Puree until smooth.
  • Taste, then add more soy sauce if needed.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Combine green salad ingredients and toss with ginger dressing. Once cooked, serve the Shrimp Birds’ Nests with the green salad. Drizzle with the included Tangy Chili Sauce for a boost of flavor. Enjoy!
