Ingredients:
- 8 ounces crescent rolls or other quick-bake rolls
- 8 ounces (226 grams) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 Handy OLD BAY Crab Cakes (3 oz. each)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning (or more to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Fresh parsley or chives for garnish
-
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
-
Soften the cream cheese if needed, and have the mayo, sour cream, and seasoning measured.
-
Thaw and crumble the crab cakes, slice green onions, and get the crescent rolls ready for baking.
-
In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
-
Gently fold in crab cake crumbs, cheddar cheese, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, OLD BAY, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly distributed.
-
Spread the mixture into an oven-safe dish, smoothing the top.
-
Arrange the uncooked crescent rolls around the outer edge of the dip.
-
Bake until the dip is hot, bubbly, and the rolls are golden—about 20–25 minutes.
-
Remove from oven, let rest briefly, then garnish with parsley or chives if desired.
