A zesty, tangy, and slightly spicy sauce that pairs perfectly with Handy’s Crab Cakes—or any seafood favorite. This Chesapeake-inspired remoulade is creamy, bold, and quick to make, with flavors that deepen as it chills.

1 tablespoon mustard (grain, stone-ground, or Dijon)

½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

2 teaspoons minced capers

1 ½ teaspoons seafood seasoning
