  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon mustard (grain, stone-ground, or Dijon)

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 teaspoons minced capers

  • 1 ½ teaspoons seafood seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce

  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives or scallions
