Crab-o’-Lanterns
These festive Crab o’ Lanterns are mini sweet peppers stuffed with creamy crab filling—perfect for Halloween parties or as playful, bite-sized seafood appetizers in under 30 minutes.

- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 8oz Handy Crab Stuffing
- 3 Orange Bell Peppers

Wash and halve mini orange bell peppers, removing seeds

Thaw crab cake mixture or crab cake kit filling

Soften cream cheese

Gather mixing bowl, baking sheet, and oven preheated to 375°F

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a bowl, gently mix softened cream cheese, shredded cheese, crab cake filling, and Old Bay seasoning.

Spoon the crab-cheese mixture into each pepper half, distributing evenly.

Arrange stuffed peppers on a baking sheet.

Bake for 12–15 minutes, until filling is hot and cheese has melted.

Remove and let cool briefly. Garnish with parsley or green onion if desired.
