Crab Cake BLT
The ultimate sandwich!

Ingredients:
- 4 Handy crab cakes (3 oz. each)
- 8 slices of bacon
- 4 hamburger buns or sandwich rolls
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 tomato slices
- Optional: Mayonnaise
- Optional: Dill pickle slices or other condiments of your choice

Gather ingredients and utensils (skillet, paper towels, knife)

Pick over crab cakes to check for shells (if needed)

Prep other components: slice buns, wash lettuce and tomato

Cook bacon: In a skillet over medium heat, cook 8 slices until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.

Cook crab cakes: In the same skillet or a second pan, cook Handy crab cakes following package directions until golden brown and heated through.

Toast buns: Lightly toast hamburger buns or rolls while crab cakes are cooking.

Assemble sandwiches:

Spread mayonnaise (if using) on bottom bun.

Layer with a lettuce leaf and tomato slice.

Add one crab cake.

Top with two slices of crispy bacon.

Add dill pickles or other condiments if desired.

Crown with top bun.
