Bloody Mary Crab Cocktail

Have you ever thought to add some juicy and perfectly sweet crab meat on top of your bloody mary? If you have not, you should try it! Creating a meal with your beverage is not only a way to have a better presentation but it also gives you something to munch on!

  • 8 oz. Crab Meat (Colossal Lump)
  • 1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes, Yellow&Red, Rough Dice
  • 6 Dashes Tabasco Sauce
  • 1 TSP Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 TSP Horseradish
  • 1 Lemon, Freshly Squeezed
  • ½ Cup Tomato Juice
  • 2 TBSP Vodka
  • Dash Sea Salt
  • Dash Black Pepper, Freshly Cracked
  • 1 TSP Chives, Fresh, Finely Diced

Garnish

  • Celery Leaves, Fresh
  1. Chop celery and green onion

  2. Juice fresh lemon

  3. Measure out Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and seasonings

  4. Pick over crab meat for shells

  5. Chill serving glasses or bowls

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, horseradish, salt, pepper, and a pinch of Old Bay.

  2. Gently fold in the crab meat, celery, and green onion until evenly coated.

  3. Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more lemon or hot sauce if desired.

  4. Spoon into chilled cocktail glasses or small bowls.

  5. Garnish with lemon wedges, celery sticks, pickles, or olives.

  6. Serve immediately.
