The Seafood Cakes contained in this package are ready to cook and should be cooked thoroughly to 165 °F. Depending on the number of portions prepared and temperature variances, heating times may need adjustment. Remove product from packaging. Avoid overcooking or undercooking, cook to a light golden brown.

DEEP FRY: Heat oil to 350 °F.

  • FROM THAWED: for 3-4 minutes
  • Cooking from frozen is not recommended

BAKE: Preheat oven. Spray or coat pan with oil. Place the cakes on pan and place pan on the middle rack of oven. Turn the cakes over once during cooking.

  • FROM THAWED: 350 °F for 13-15 minutes
  • FROM FROZEN: 375 °F for 18-20 minutes

AIR FRY: Spray basket with oil, brush cakes lightly with melted butter and place the cakes in the basket. Set fryer at 350 °F.

  • FROM FROZEN: for 14 minutes
  • Cooking from thawed is not recommended

If thawing, thaw under refrigeration or in microwave Caution: Pan And Product Will Be Hot.
