This Jumbo Lump Crab Wedge Salad is a fresh and elegant twist on the classic wedge, topped with sweet jumbo lump crab, crisp bacon, crunchy veggies, and creamy dressing—perfect for a light lunch or appetizer.

  • 8 oz. Crab Meat (90/130 Jumbo Lump)
  • 1 Head Iceberg Lettuce
  • 8 oz. Thick Cut Bacon, Cooked and Drained, Rough Dice
  • 8 oz. Cherry Tomatoes, Red&Yellow, Rough Dice
  • 2 Avocados, Rough Dice
  • 8 oz. Cornbread / Biscuit Croutons
  • Dressing – Ranch / Blue Cheese (according to personal preference)
  • Cook and crumble the bacon if not pre-cooked.

  • Cut the iceberg lettuce into quarters to form wedges.

  • Slice cherry tomatoes and red onions.

  • Arrange each wedge on individual plates or a serving platter.

  • Drizzle dressing over the wedges generously.
