Garlic Parmesan Crab Wings
Savory and indulgent, these Garlic Parmesan Crab Wings feature crispy panko-breaded soft-shell crabs tossed in a buttery garlic sauce and finished with cheese and parsley—perfect for an elegant appetizer or crowd-pleasing starter.
- For the Garlic Butter Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (divided)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
- For the Wings:
- 4-6 Handy Seafood Panko Breaded Soft Shell Crab Portions
- Vegetable oil, for frying

Mince the garlic and chop the parsley.

Grate the Parmesan cheese, dividing it into two equal portions.

For frying, heat enough vegetable oil to reach 350°F in a deep skillet or pot.
