Buffalo Crab Wing Sauce

Handy’s Panko Soft Crab Portions pair perfectly with Buffalo Sauce.

  • ⅔ cup hot pepper sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot®)
  • ½ cup cold unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt to taste
  • Measure hot sauce, butter, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder.

  • Gather a small saucepan and whisk.

  • Preheat oven (or air fryer) to cook the Handy Panko Breaded Soft Crab according to carton directions.

  • In the saucepan over medium heat, combine hot pepper sauce, cold butter, vinegar, Worcestershire, cayenne, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt.

  • Stir constantly until the butter is fully melted and sauce becomes smooth. Remove from heat just as it starts to boil.

  • Cook the Panko Breaded Soft Crab Portions per package instructions until crispy and heated through.

  • Place cooked crab portions in a large mixing bowl. Pour the warm buffalo sauce over and toss gently to coat.

  • Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with smoky blue cheese crumbles and chopped parsley, if desired.

  • Serve immediately.
