Buffalo Crab Wing Sauce
Handy’s Panko Soft Crab Portions pair perfectly with Buffalo Sauce.
- ⅔ cup hot pepper sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot®)
- ½ cup cold unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
- salt to taste

Measure hot sauce, butter, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder.

Gather a small saucepan and whisk.

Preheat oven (or air fryer) to cook the Handy Panko Breaded Soft Crab according to carton directions.

In the saucepan over medium heat, combine hot pepper sauce, cold butter, vinegar, Worcestershire, cayenne, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt.

Stir constantly until the butter is fully melted and sauce becomes smooth. Remove from heat just as it starts to boil.

Cook the Panko Breaded Soft Crab Portions per package instructions until crispy and heated through.

Place cooked crab portions in a large mixing bowl. Pour the warm buffalo sauce over and toss gently to coat.

Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with smoky blue cheese crumbles and chopped parsley, if desired.
