These Soft Crab Tacos feature crispy panko-breaded crab paired with fresh cabbage, creamy avocado, and zesty pico de gallo. Perfect for a quick, flavorful meal with a coastal twist.
- For the Pico de Gallo:
- 2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely diced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely diced (optional, for a spicy kick)
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- For the Tacos:
- 8-10 small flour tortillas (6-inch diameter)
- 8-10 Handy Seafood Panko Breaded Soft Shell Crab Portions (cooked according to package instructions)
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- Cilantro sprigs, for garnish
- Toppings of your choice (optional): crumbled cotija cheese, sour cream, hot sauce
