The Southwest Crab Cakes contained in this package are ready to cook and should be cooked thoroughly to 165 °F. Depending on the number of portions prepared and temperature variances, heating times may need adjustment. Remove product from packaging. Avoid overcooking or undercooking, cook to a light golden brown.
BAKE: Preheat oven. Spray or coat pan with oil. Place crab cakes on pan and place pan on the middle rack of oven. Turn the crab cakes over once during cooking.
- FROM THAWED: 400 °F for 12-14 minutes.
- FROM FROZEN: 400 °F for 20-22 minutes.
DEEP FRY: Heat oil to 350 °F.
- FROM THAWED: 2-3 minutes.
- Cooking from frozen is not recommended.
If thawing, thaw under refrigeration or in microwave Caution: Pan And Product Will Be Hot.
