Crab Stuffing Nachos

These Crab Stuffing Nachos are a bold seafood twist on a game day classic. Crispy tortilla chips are loaded with Handy’s savory crab stuffing, melty cheese, spicy jalapeños, and hot sauce, then finished with a squeeze of lemon and a drizzle of tartar sauce. Perfect for parties, tailgates, or anytime you’re feeding a crowd.

  • 1 tub Handy Crab Stuffing, thawed

  • 1 bag tortilla chips

  • 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend

  • Pickled jalapeños, to taste

  • Fresh chives, chopped (for garnish)

  • Hot sauce, to taste

  • 1 lemon, for finishing

  • Tartar sauce, for topping

  • Nonstick cooking spray

  • Preheat oven to 385°F.

  • Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray. Spread thawed crab stuffing evenly on the sheet.

  • Bake stuffing for 15 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

  • While the stuffing bakes, spread tortilla chips on a second baking sheet.

  • Chop chives and set aside for garnish.

  • Once crab stuffing is cooked, scoop and spread evenly over the tortilla chips.

  • Top with shredded cheese, pickled jalapeños, and hot sauce to taste.

  • Reduce oven to 350°F. Bake nachos for 6 minutes, or until cheese is fully melted.

  • Remove from oven, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the nachos, and garnish with chopped chives.

  • Finish with a drizzle of tartar sauce and serve immediately.
