Crab Stuffing Nachos
These Crab Stuffing Nachos are a bold seafood twist on a game day classic. Crispy tortilla chips are loaded with Handy’s savory crab stuffing, melty cheese, spicy jalapeños, and hot sauce, then finished with a squeeze of lemon and a drizzle of tartar sauce. Perfect for parties, tailgates, or anytime you’re feeding a crowd.

1 tub Handy Crab Stuffing, thawed

1 bag tortilla chips

2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend

Pickled jalapeños, to taste

Fresh chives, chopped (for garnish)

Hot sauce, to taste

1 lemon, for finishing

Tartar sauce, for topping

Nonstick cooking spray

Preheat oven to 385°F.

Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray. Spread thawed crab stuffing evenly on the sheet.

Bake stuffing for 15 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

While the stuffing bakes, spread tortilla chips on a second baking sheet.

Chop chives and set aside for garnish.

Once crab stuffing is cooked, scoop and spread evenly over the tortilla chips.

Top with shredded cheese, pickled jalapeños, and hot sauce to taste.

Reduce oven to 350°F. Bake nachos for 6 minutes, or until cheese is fully melted.

Remove from oven, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the nachos, and garnish with chopped chives.
