- Cut the avocados in half, remove pits, and scoop into a large mixing bowl.
- Add lime juice, lime zest, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Mash the avocado to your desired consistency, leaving some chunks for texture.
- Fold in the red onion, tomatoes, jalapeño, and cilantro.
- Gently fold in the Handy Premium Lump Crab Meat, being careful not to break up the large lumps.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with additional lime juice or salt as desired.
- Chill for 10-15 minutes before serving.
- Drain the crab meat if needed and gently pick through for any shell fragments. (there should be few to none)

- 1/2 tsp kosher salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
