This Crab Cake Egg & Cheese Bagel combines a Maryland favorite with a classic breakfast sandwich. Fluffy eggs seasoned with Old Bay, melty white American cheese, and a crispy Handy Seafood Old Bay Crab Cake come together on a toasted bagel for an easy breakfast that’s satisfying enough for weekends but simple enough for busy mornings.
- 2 Handy Seafood Old Bay Crab Cakes
- 2 plain bagels, sliced and toasted
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- ½ teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 4 slices white American cheese
- Butter or cooking spray (for the pan)
- Slice the bagels in half and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, Old Bay Seasoning, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or cooking spray.
- Toast the bagels until lightly golden while the crab cakes cook.
- Cook the Handy Seafood Old Bay Crab Cakes according to the package directions until heated through and golden brown.
- Pour the egg mixture into the prepared skillet. Gently stir with a spatula until the eggs are fluffy and fully cooked.
