SUGGESTED COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

The Keto Crab Cakes contained in this package are uncooked and should be cooked thoroughly to 165 °F. Depending on the number of portions prepared and temperature variances, heating times may need adjustment. Remove product from packaging. Avoid overcooking or undercooking, cook to a light golden brown.

BAKE: Preheat oven. Spray or coat pan with oil. Place the crab cakes on pan and place pan on the middle rack of oven. Turn the crab cakes over once during cooking.

  • from thawed: 350°F for 8 minutes, flip and cook for an additional 6 minutes.
  • from frozen: 350°F for 14 minutes, flip and cook for an additional 10 minutes.

SAUTÉ: Cook in 2 tbsp. of oil on medium-low heat.  Turn the crab cakes over once during cooking.

  • FROM THAWED: for 6 minutes, flip and cook for an additional 6 minutes.
  • Cooking from frozen is not recommended.

AIR FRY: Spray basket with oil and place the crab cakes in the basket. Set fryer at 350°F.

  • FROM FROZEN: for 15 minutes. Do not flip during cooking.
  • Cooking from thawed is not recommended.

If thawing, thaw under refrigeration or in microwave for 2 minutes on high.

Caution: Pan and Product Will Be Hot.
